Scott Wilson Consulting was formed to listen, cheer on, guide, coach, and strategize with those whom God has called to this great task. We take this responsibility seriously, understanding that time is short and a Senior Pastor’s life is full of demands.

Scott will come alongside the Senior Pastor and serve in two primary roles:

As a Leadership Architect

Scott is available to serve the vision God has given the Senior Pastor; he is passionate about helping that vision become a reality. This happens with the following three steps:

•    He hears your dream & vision
•    He gains an understanding of your context, goals, timelines, etc.
•    He provides a customized blueprint to release your dreams

As a Change Strategist

All organizational growth entails different levels and consequences of change. Pastor Scott will provide the Senior Pastor with a detailed, step-by-step strategy for managing the necessary changes that coincide with growth and vision fulfillment.

Consultation services:

Church Diagnostic & Leadership Coaching/Consulting. The Coaching service is highly enhanced by the Church Diagnostic service. We highly recommend doing both for optimal results.

Church Diagnostic
