Our before school program begins at 6:30 a.m. and includes a morning snack, devotions and fun activities.
Our after school program hours are 3:30 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. and it includes a snack, homework time, devotionals, active play time and much more.
Our Extended Care Program allows students to stay until 6:30 p.m. and will provide a smaller group size for more individualized attention, extra homework time, group games and prayer.
Tuition (Powerhouse tuition is based on the 37 weeks that Life School is in session)
Before School Care: $17 per week, $629 per year
After School Care: $45 per week, $1,665 per year
Before & After School Care: $60 per week, $2,220 per year
Extended Care: $10 per week (in addition to other selected program)
Additional Fees & Information
Enrollment Fee - $25 per family, due at time of enrollment (Non-refundable)
Early Release Day Fee - $10 per student (lunch is included). Parent's must sign-up their child(ren) and pay the $10 fee by the deadline given. This fee is non-refundable after the cancellation date.
NSF Fee - $25 will be charged for insufficient funds. When a payment is returned for insufficient funds, further payments by that method will not be accepted for the remainder of the school year.
Processing Fee - A $15 fee is charged on credit balance refunds.
Re-Enrollment Fee - If a student has been un-enrolled for 3 or more consecutive weeks, a $25 Re-Enrollment Fee will be charged.
Late Pick-up Fee - $1 per child for every minute after 6 p.m. (if enrolled in the Afternoon program) will be charged to your account, and $1 per child for every minute after 6:30 p.m. (if enrolled in the Extended Care program) will be charged to your account. This fee must be paid in full with the next tuition payment. You may not enroll in the Extended Care program when you are running late. After three offenses, this rate will increase to $5 per child for every minute late.
Forms of Payment - No payments by check will be accepted.
Pre-authorized automatic withdrawal is available.

Credit and debit card payments can be made on-site or online at powerhouse.theoaksonline.org
Payment Due Date - Payments are due on Friday by 6:00 p.m. for the next week's tuition.
Late Payment Fee - $15 will be charged to your account. If tuition with applicable late fees is paid by Friday at 6:00 p.m., your student(s) will not be allowed to return to the program until full payment is made. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Multiple Child Discounts
10% discount for the 2nd child
25% discount for the 3rd child
40% discount for the 4th child
