About Leadership Coaching & Consulting

The Leadership Coaching & Consulting service is dependent on a strong relationship built between the Senior Pastor and Pastor Scott. Each month the Senior Pastor will have a 90-minute scheduled meeting with Pastor Scott. While this standing monthly meeting will be highly productive and effective, there is more to this service.

Up to four times a year, Pastor Scott would like to have an on-site meeting at the Senior Pastor’s church. These trips will provide Pastor Scott with greater insight into the organization, and therefore, focus his consulting efforts even further. These times will also provide a natural environment for the strengthening of the coaching relationship.

Pastor Scott will also be available to you via email and unscheduled calls during the month as needed.

Strategic Planning
Pastor Scott will help identify the strategic focus areas for the church. Upon identification, he will assist in the development of effective strategic plans for achieving target objectives and results.

Critical Connections
Over the years, Pastor Scott has relied heavily on relationships with specialists in areas of church growth, missions, financial planning, capital campaign fundraising, etc. He will open the doors of these relationships to the Senior Pastor. The Senior Pastor will be able to utilize and capitalize on their expertise, in addition to Pastor Scott’s.

Executive Coaching
Most Senior Pastors lead complicated and pressure-filled lives. Coaching helps them to live more efficiently and productively. We believe it is important to enjoy what you have been called to do. As simple as that may seem, it can be an elusive accomplishment.
